What are the benefits of using an ergonomic chair?

How do I adjust my ergonomic chair?
Adjust the height of the chair so that your feet are flat on the floor and your thighs are parallel to the ground. Adjust the backrest so that it supports your lower back and promotes good posture. Adjust the armrests so that your arms are supported and your shoulders are relaxed.

What is the estimated delivery time for chairs?
In case of Kathmandu valley, chairs will be delivered within 24 hours. For out of valley cases, it will depend on the transport.
Do you have warranty?
Our mesh chair comes with a warranty of 4 years (pro-rata basis)
What is covered under warranty?
All chair mechanisms are covered under warranty like hydraulic, wheels, adjustable armrest, headrests, etc
What are warranty exclusions?
Physical damage, mishandling, wear & tear of the product isn’t covered under warranty. Customers are required to check the product thoroughly after receiving and signing the receipt. Physical damages shown after signing the receipt isn’t covered under warranty
How do I claim warranty?
Photo/video of the damage along with warranty card should be provided to the specified representative to claim the warranty
Is there a return/exchange policy?
In case of valid damages, the return is possible. However, change of mind isn’t applicable for return/exchange policy.
